Erin Casey has worked in the political arena for her entire career. She began working full time on local and state wide campaigns while obtaining her education at St. Mary’s College in Indiana. This early experience gave her the opportunity to start small and learn the fundamentals of good fundraising. Erin developed a knack for organizing and executing fundraising events. Her on the job training translated into a record setting effort as the Finance Director on the Chocola for Congress campaign. Once her work in Indiana was complete Erin headed east to begin work for the Maryland Republican Party. Her time in Maryland provided her with the chance to develop the skills required to manage direct marketing programs in conjunction with large scale events.
Erin first role in Washington D.C. came with the National Republican Congressional Committee where she served first as the Director of Finance Events which ranged in size from intimate round table discussions to 6000 person national dinners. In addition Erin was tasked with the responsibility of serving as a liaison to America’s Congressman and their respective staffs. She also held the post of Field Finance Director while at the NRCC and continued to deliver extraordinary results by surpassing both participation and fundraising goals. This position allowed her to reconnect with grass roots fundraising efforts while still drawing on the skills she developed working on the national level.
Most recently Erin worked as the Director of Special Projects for the National Republican Senatorial Committee polishing her skills as a fundraiser and manager. During that period of time Erin also serves as Finance Director of Battle Born Political Action Committee, raising over $1 Million for the cycle.
